Nikki & Gerard | Eden Ontario Wedding Photography

I knew from the first time I met Nikki and Gerard that their wedding was sure to be a party! At our meeting their handsome fur baby (a gorgeous Mastiff) sat underneath the table with his head on my lap; I just knew he was going to be wonderful in their photos (I wasn't wrong) 

Nikki went into dress shopping with a design in mind that was built to eat burgers and drink beer (that is correct, their dinner was a gourmet burger bar!) That being said, it was the perfect gown for an outdoor ceremony and it floated with every step! I also think that I could pass out a best dressed award to these groomsmen! Seriously, gold suspenders? ah-mazing! This bridal party was the most helpful throughout the day, these two are definitely surrounded by some amazing people! 

Their wedding was hosted at a beautiful family property. I was overly excited to learn that it was located on a gravel road. The backdrop for their ceremony and reception was a gully! The best part about country wedding is that there are views in every direction! 

Listening to Nikki read her vows beforehand and the change in tone and crack in her voice as she spoke them to Gerard, was such a beautiful thing to see! This ceremony had such energy (and a near misplacement of the wedding bands - its all good, they were in the pocket the entire time) Speaking of pockets- The Bride and Groom's house key ended up taking a ride home with me at the end of the evening, oops! I promised safe keeping! (It was returned promptly) 

The bridal party intros, tequila shots and speeches had everyone in stitches. This was one hell of a party!

These two are wonderful together, it was a pleasure to witness!
